The personal interview with Mr. Huynh took place on
December 14, 2016 in Munich. Despite his young age, Mr Huynh is an impressive personality. He was very well prepared for the interview and included his catalog of questions in the interview, which was really very interesting.
There is no doubt that Mr. Don Huynh is a very ambitious, goal-oriented and successful person. This applies to his professional career as well as his private life. His upbringing could also be described as a "hard school", which, however, also shaped him in a very positive way.
He is currently in the company "orderbird" (also known as

Rather, he would like to develop further in sales & scale in Online Marketing. His current task does not challenge him and unfortunately he sees no development opportunities in the company. Furthermore, as he says, he would like to get out of the relatively dubious catering industry. Mr. Huynh is IT Manager who is particularly at home in sales & Marketing and also has his strengths there. His current position as branch manager is also (almost) a sales & Ecommerce position. Many of his greatest sales successes is the sale and implementation of an software to Paypal, McDonalds or Blackrock.
He is also an interesting personality in his private life, and his determination quickly becomes clear there too. As one of the few candidates without a high school diploma, he received a scholarship from the Goverment of Bavaria. For several years he was Swiss state champion in kick-boxing and played ice hockey very successfully in the top league with the "Straubing-Ice-Tigers". He had to give up ice hockey due to lack of time and more interesting in business.
Overall, Mr. Don Huynh is a very interesting young man with clear goals, a pleasant set of values and a high level of self-motivation with personal goals.
